Storefront Now Open
Starting February 16, 2021, Music World is now open with safety guidelines in place. We want to welcome our customers back and thank them for their patience over the past few months. Please note the following improvements and conditions are in place to protect the health of everyone: Limiting the number of customers in the store. NAMM Believe in Music 2021
As a result of the current pandemic, the traditional January NAMM show has changed to an online celebration called "Believe in Music Week". Music World will once again keep you up-to-date with all the newest music gear during the event.
COVID-19: Provincial-wide Lockdown
Effective December 26, 2020, the Thunder Bay District moves to Grey-Lockdown Zone. As mandated in the Government of Ontario's provincial wide shutdown, our retail store will be closed on December 26th until January 23rd.
From Drumhead to Face Shield
In June, Music World donated 200 face shields to various organizations here in Thunder Bay including the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. The face shields were manufactured by D’Addario using the clear film from Evans G2 drumheads.
